Very happy you got it Daniel, congratulations!

Very nice Daniel
I also have both models and the vertical is my favorite of the two.
They run very well on 190 proof ;)

I got this one for a little more than I had hoped to pay, but a fair amount less than I was willing to pay, so consider it a bit of a bargain.

Another interesting one Daniel. I'm looking forward to seeing it run.
Agreed, I have nearly bought one a time or two , but they always seemed to fetch more than I was willing to pay.

Snagged this very uncommon Stirling Cycle engine off of eBay the other day. Been keeping my eye out for one, as I do have the only other model produced by this nearly unheard of Canadian company.
Here we have the Ericsson pumping engine style vertical model (though these have no actual pump feature) from the ECO Motor company of Guelph Ontario, Canada:

It appears to be in very good condition, unlike the horizontal model I have from this same company, but I note that the fire chamber / chimney is trapped under the frame by the displacer/power piston cylinder, which itself must be sitting too low in the engine frame. Looks like loosening two screws ought to allow an adjustment to fix that, but then there is likely some optimum position for that adjustment so I may have a bit of experimentation ahead of me on this one.
Anyway ... very glad to have this rather limited little collection complete ... or so I think/hope!?!?
