Nick, those boys are full of the dickens, I can see it in their eyes. Especially that younger one.
Look how he's folding that bag fire blocks, can't wait to light em. I might just leave my flywheel
the way it is for a while, matches the Ericsson.

I think I’ll leave the older (my newer) engine’s flywheel red with the black stack. The Rider-Ericsson Is on my wishlist...

Mine is on the way from Penn tool, I have a few light Modifications to do when it gets here, then hope to post a video of my Peanut Rider doing work.

Do the black upright bearing towers have oiling holes?
Nice photography BTW

No, but it would be very easy for you to file them flat, turn up some oil cups and mount them  ;)
That IS my plan! Everyone seems to make there oil cups from brass....so mine will be turned from solid copper, because I have a bunch of copper and because....I am just "that guy" ;)

These Really are attractive engines!.. I like the pebble finish on the cast towers to the high gloss on cooling fins and flywheel. Then black/red seems to go to gather like peas/carrots. Then the tall bright finish chimney plus wood base and nice looking burner is quite appealing.

A lot of you have a PM Research, Peanut Rider. Every now and then, someone shows what they got in
the mail that day. Well I'm no different, been wanting one to go with their Rider Ericsson and it
showed up today.     So when in doubt, whip it out, and show your Peanut in the Gallery, today.
