Hey Bruce, there are several brands of refillable paint sprayers on the market that you put your paint
into it and pressurize with a hand pump. Some take up to 100psi. You will probably have to practice with
it but it won't break the bank. Be careful, some are not for paint. Get one for paint and it will have
to be thinned down a bit. 1-2-3, drip, drip, drip.

Post by: classixs on February 17, 2021, 02:30:33 am: I find the original Wilesco grey(s) extremely hard to match, with the standard spraycans available over here, if a perfect match is a must.

The base-colour can be matched relatively good by eye, at least when we´re talking the later years without purple added.

But hitting the sweet spot with the right amount of metallic effect, that´s were the real challenge emerges.
All of the brands i´ve tried out, has either too much or too little "glitter", to match the original.

Next time i get one on the table, that is worth some real attention, i´ll try bringing the engine/base to the local automotive paint shop, and ask them to mix a match for it.

I needed some paint mixed up to a certain color. They had to have something, like a base plate, in
the color you want, even some paint chips. They'll scan it, run it through the system and get the
formula. They can even put it in a spray can for you, at least they used to.

Was hoping maybe one of you have already found a good match for this color(or colour paint) , any help would be appreciated.
