Hi, Jan.

As you may remember, I, too, have a Sun Motor, and, like Nick, I do not have the owner's manual.

I do now, though. Thank you.

Jan .... I truly look forward to the day when you have all of your SEoPA ephemera up on your website!

On another note, the later version of the Sun Motor, called the Sun Runner, that was black, had only a single flywheel and an enclosed crankcase, was also first made by Solar Engines of Phoenix Arizona, so there was a point in time when you could buy both or either of these potentially solar powered engines. When PM Research bought up the earlier company, they chose to only produce the later model Sun Runner, so the Sun Motor would appear to be exclusively a product of Solar Engines of Phoenix Az. as far as I know.

Nice find, Jan!

I do like the 1978 prices.

Found another little piece of ephemera here, from Popular Mechanics Dec. 1978.

Very nice Sun Motor--and not the later PM one.

I wondered who bought that. Now I think you can run the engine with a flame from a burner and that
will free up the dish so you can line your hat with it. I hear it'll work better than tin foil. ::)

Put it on your Sun motor  8)

Is that what this is?? I drilled a hole in the end, ran a steam line to it, but it didn’t seem to run right...
