You might consider adding about 5% water to your meths to calm that down a little. Also, don't fill your burner all the way to the top as it does heat and expand the fuel, so if you start out full, you will soon be a bit over-full. I generally fill that kind of burner full and let it set for a minute to soak up the fuel well, then turn it over and pour out whatever seems excess before lighting it off.

That sure is one heck of a powerhouse for a Stirling!

That was a rather impressive display of power for a small Stirling engine!

What kind of wood was that veneer strip?

That day was chilly from a couple of weeks ago. I have a backlog of video to post. :) There is still snow on the ground but spring is here.

Looks bleeding cold there...It was 67 here today, sunny. I see that white stuff and I know for sure I'm a southern boy.
