Thank you for all of your kind comments.
It has been a fun project and, while I still have a lot to do, it is in fantastic shape.
I got a new Drone for my 60th Birthday in Many (DJI Air 2S).
It was to windy when I was out there for a good flight, but I intend to make the first video of a 360 of the property.

Wow, you've really transformed the place Charlie--looking great. I love the old trees around the house. Good place to park a full-sized traction engine.
Thanks Brent. The big trees are all American Elm and are slowly dying from Dutch Elm Disease. They were completely ignored for years. We are slowly getting the dead cut out of them and hope that we can get another 10 years or so out of them.

Looks fantastic Charlie, well done!

You've made great progress.

Thank you Larry, Bruce and Jim.
Putting new windows in a very old house created lots of needed trim work inside. Nothing is square in an old house.
We have been working on the inside since Monday and it is really coming together.
I have a very talented trim carpenter/painter who has been helping me. Once we get the inside done, we will turn to caulking, painting and fixing the exterior trim.
Only since Monday?? I’ve been working on the inside of this old house for about 5 or 6 years and only have two rooms finished :D :D
Gotten a lot further on the outside... that’s more my kind of work :D

Hello Charlie,
I like the farm house. The restoration is making good progress. I wish you and your wife continued success with the renovation of the house. Above all, I wish you many good years together in the house.

Looking good Charlie, you've made great progress in the last year and a few months - lots of work but very satisfying I'm sure. Well done!

I have been out at the Farm/Ranch for the last two weeks.
We ordered new windows and exterior doors in January and they were finally installed last week.
This week is fixing and painting all of the Trim.
I haven’t made any progress on the outdoor kitchen and fire pit…..and I expect that will have to wait for Fall.
