Finally received parts. The second one he sent made it here. Still haven't see anything from the first one he sent. Thank you Jin for taking care of this issue.

Hi Jin, if the problem is logistics it has probably been lost. This was ordered April 11 over 3 months ago. I bought one of your m19 engines after I ordered part. Got it in just about 3 weeks no problem. Could you please send me another connecting rod (link)?

I ordered a connecting rod for my M14 mini gas engine. The small end pin came out while it was running and bent it bad. I ordered it and paid for it on April 11. Still haven't gotten it. Have emailed him from here and from his website several times with no reply. Has anyone else had problems getting stuff from him? Also had problems with ignition on this same engine when it was new. Couldn't get him to send another ignition so I had to order off Banggood. I have several of his engines and was planning to buy some others from him, but after this I'm not sure I want to buy anything else from him.

I also have bought direct from him or from him on Ebay. I have 6 of his engine and very pleased with all of them. Never had a problem with him till now. Was thinking of ordering a couple more from him but don't know if I will now. The only reason I bought the ignition from Banggood was I couldn't get in touch with him.

I also bought a lot from Jin. I am sorry to read your bad experience because on my side, I have never had any problem with him when I asked him spare parts for a broken water level for example and he always answers to my messages when i ask him a question.
I must specify that I had bought the boiler directly from him without going through an intermediary.
