Very nice Arnold , you certainly have (& find) some top "shelf" steam engines.
-
I wouldn’t mind having that one on my shelf 😍

Congrats, Arnold
I don't think I've seen this variation before, the brass and the early style fire box door.
What does it date to ?

Hello Arnold,
I knew it, that there is still space on your shelf!
Great machine. Great catch.
Congratulations!
Hello Juergen, Thank you for your support - but you just can't refuse a beautiful machine
Arnold ;D

Got a new Maerklin Vertical today - it is a M (Brass) Model.
There are some paint missing/damage on the platform and flywheel
but the engine is in a very good shape. I guess it is model
4122 Size 8 1/2 with the water pump and the nice burner.
I already made a steam test and it runs in both directions very
well. Now I have to move the others on the shelf closer together....
Enjoy, Arnold ;D
