If the boiler height is 110 mm, the boiler diameter is 63 mm and the flywheel diameter is 70 mm, then it is a Doll 354/1.

If the boiler height is 130 mm, the boiler diameter is 70 mm and the flywheel diameter is 80 mm, then it is a Doll 354/2.

Bidding is up to $15.99 with 4 days to go. It looks like a much larger project than I want, but many thanks for those who helped identify!

Brand should be DOLL Model 354/1-5. Don't know the size
/1 the Flywheel has 70 mm and /5 has 110 mm - the others are
between. Value from 80 to 700 depends on size and state...

Very likely a Doll 354/?. I would need to see more pictures to identify the machine.
