  Interesting engine.  It looks like it was made for an individual who's name is on the tag.

Amongst many things, That base is a beauty!... It almost looks like a premium grade of Granite.
  Would this effect have been made by some Special painting process?
   I can only admire these "high grades" from afar at this time.

I went hunting on Sunday but unfortunately didn't shoot anything.
All I could do was take a few photos. The owner promised to contact me if he should sell the machine.
I guess this "Leipziger Lehrmittel-Anstalt" engine was made by E. Plank and very very rare.
I think i will stay in contact...
