Many years ago,there was a small town in the middle of the wilderness where folks came from miles around as it had the One and only Bar and was the only place you could get a cold beer within several days ride.
It was an unusual Hot dry summer, and on top of the severe heat...there was a bad bug problem, swarms of houseflys everywhere and you could not escape them.
About this time 3 strangers came into the bar to cool there parched throats, they had come from different points of the compass with the common goal of a cool beer.
There was a man from Brittain, a man from Ireland and a man from Scotland. All three belly up to the bar and each ordered a beer at the Very busy establishment, and attempted to shoo the pesky fly's away.
Finally the bartender brings a tray of 3 beers and serves them each a beer...however the fly problem is so bad there is a housefly in each beer!
The Britt took one look at the fly and shoved the beer glass back and said "take it away" in disdainful tone.
The Irishman thought for a moment and calmly removed the fly from his beer, tossed it over his shoulder and began to enjoy his beer.
Then he noticed the Scotsman had also captured his fly but was holding the fly by the hind legs and shaking the fly vigorously over his beer, the Irishman said "what are you doing??
Just then the Scott loudly shouted "Spit it back Out, You Thieving Varmint!!"
