Title: Steam Up Challenge - How much 'heater on' time to get running
Post by: komet163b on January 18, 2022, 04:33:32 pm
This is a real simple challenge.

Start with room temperature water and engine.
Fill it with 6ozs of water.
Have a timer or clock in the background.
Plug it on and//or switch it on.
Videotape it.

Then...How long till it runs?

I've done this with the Doll 'Empire #14' clone I
was hi-bidder for at the Morphys auction.  The heater
is not original, but it is a bear.  The time to running
under steam is...2 and 1/2 minutes.  Video follows.  Beat that!
