Title: PMR #3 Mill Engine

Thought i'd share a video of the baby brother to my PMR 6CI engine, the #3 mill engine which i built from a machined kit many years ago. This video was shot just after i had completed the build, which shows it running both on air and live steam off one of my Jensen boilers.
