I believe that you have a slightly modified Maxwell Hemmens (Precision Steam Models) horizontal mill engine.

Wayne, that's a very nice engine. As far as make or model, I have no idea but I wouldn't mind having one.
The Jensen boiler didn't seem to have a problem running it. A valve would be nice to slow it down.
Try running a belt to the governor.

I think it must have come from a kit, machined-or-not.
