Great looking engines Gil - glad your old house is gone and the new one is becoming home for you.
Thanks, Larry! It will take some time to make it our own. We will get there.

Glad to see you are finally moved in to the new home, and the old one is finally sold.

A couple of beauty's there. Seeing your friend in the tree I noticed the
leaves around him/her. They don't look like something from Connecticut,
at least not this time of year.
Thanks, Tommy! The leaves are on rhododendrons. They are pretty common out this way. They are in front of the tree and closer.

Well done Gil! 🤠
.
Thanks, Charlie! My next major project to work in between what must get done will be editing and publishing the Cabin Fever 2022 videos.

I wasn't going to ask given everything on your plate.
I am waiting patiently. :)

Gil, how sweet it is that you have landed TWO of Jed's fine engines. Dang those look great and run so smooth. Honestly, they look better than anything originally from the Jensen shop !!!

Yesterday we were finally able to close on the sale of the first Office of Steam - our home for nearly 15 years. We have been living in the new Office of Steam for about 3 weeks now. While I cannot claim we are settled in, I can report progress has been made.
It was high time to get in a steam-up at our new location in Torrington, Connecticut.
I was able to steam both of the newly minted (custom built by Jed) 90th Anniversary Jensen Steam Engines based on the 1930's style influence. (none of the parts are from the 1930's or copies of them) The paint color was custom blended to match the color of the mid 1930's Jensens.
Enjoy!
