If you haven’t gone to PayPal yet, you could ask the folks at the sister website, stirlingkit, to intercede by forwarding your email and telling them enginediy service (our man Lucas) has been less than helpful. That was the needed abrasive applied to his derrière in my case. If you do, give it until Monday morning US time, which is Monday night over there.
Thanks, i,ll try that first.

I feel for you Doug. Damn dirty shame and I think we're going to see more of it from them and
other's. Who knows. Buyer beware, boycott now.

I wish I had seen the posts here concerning enginediy, before I made the mistake of ordering something from them!
3 weeks ago I ordered and paid for a v4 flame licker engine. Their website indicated it was in stock ready to ship. I even paid $30 extra for faster delivery through DHL. After 2 weeks with no tracking number and no correspondence from them,I contacted them to see if it had been shipped.I got what must be a standard reply, that the item was in production, which takes a week. Of course tis was after 2 weeks of waiting already. 3 weeks has passed now, and still no word. Paying extra for faster shipping was a complete waste of money at this point. I am going g to contact PayPal and see if I can just get my money back.
Never again!
