McMaster Carr show 5mm in 12"

Arnold....thanks for the reply.
I checked the offerings, and the longest, 5mm X 4",
might be long enough. Keep in mind I need to make
a bend in each end long enough to reach thru the
fitting into the barrel and yet still have 2 1/2"
in the middle. I'll probably order 2, but I'm still
hoping to get some longer pieces. I'm figuring I'll
have to make several attempts at this since I haven't
done any glass tube bending since Mr Wheeler's chemistry
class in 1968/69. What a long, strange trip it's been.

I appreciate the response. It seems 5mm od glass tubes are like
hens teeth on EBAY. While I'd love to get a package from New Zealand,
I'd rather it was some cool engine from down under. I'm sure someone
will pipe up with a seller in the states. I hope.

Not sure how you are searching but ebay
Borosilicate glass tubing seems to bring up results for me .
I can have a look at my supply for 5mm
Would cost shipping from New Zealand only

I recently bought an overtype Falk that needs a new sight glass.
All of the hardware is complete and there was a stub of the original
sight glass in the bottom fitting. It measured 5mm so I'm looking
for...some 5mm tubing. I've had no luck on EBAY or the web so I'm
hoping someone can refer me to a reliable seller, preferably in the
U.S.A.
Thanks,
Wayne
