This is an incredible stove!

Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Thank You.  Im burning wet mesquite wood and it drafts perfect.  This was made to cook on.  Ill share some meals once i know its safe to cook with.

I work and run restaurants.  Each burner here is a diff temp.  There is an oven and a coal tray.

I see lamb roasting sauce cooking bread in foil in the coal tray and rice or coffee on a back burner   a beach day would be great.  Its minimal how much solid coal fuel you need.  its gonna be my chill spot in the backyard all day.

Cheers.[attachimg=1]

Im in love with this.  it drafts like a champ and is just so well built.  Its all rivited design and its 20lbs and the size of a milkcrate.

It has five flathead rounded bolts in the fire chamber.  The drawer handles seem to even be ornate and carved.   This will be perfect for parties.

BUT

I think its over 100 years old but no clue   any ideas??  Seems blued rather than painted too.   I love this oven.   Please any info let me know.

i hope to restore it to cooking order.  I think the oven with a weak fire held about 300f.

I was thinking of a wash and a rust remover than citric then bluing to restore to cooking order?   I want it food safe.
