Thank you Gil for the review and the demo......
Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for an informative video and a solution to make it run slow. Who needs a throttle? Once it is well broken in, it should run even slower.
A screen cooler and a second flywheel would make this model engine awsome!
Yes, agreed.

Hi Raphael, Other than China, I don't know at this time.
One day, perhaps, someone in Korea, Vietnam, or similar may try it. India has been making steam and Stirling cycle engines for a long time and from what I have seen, most lack quality.

Bonjour Gil,
For a reason I don't understand, I couldn't reply to your mail saying I fully agreed with you and had updated my comment, and ask you again my question, wherge could I buy Hit an Miss Engines at reasonale price elsewhere than in China ;) ?

Here's a short video demonstrating this engine will run slower quite nicely.
Enjoy,
Gil

Yep ...... got it ...... Thanks guys!!!
Not really my thing, but it does seem an impressive machine and appears to be well worth the price of admission for those who do like heading down this road.

Our friends at Stirlingkit asked me to review their new Horizontal Mill Engine.
It is a vintage style somewhat modeled after Find Hansen's horizontal engines.
It is the largest model engine by far that I have seen from the far east. It weighs 15 lbs and has a 9" cast iron flywheel. The engine frame is also cast.
Here is a video that is also a little shameless advertising for them along with some photos.
Enjoy,
Gil
