Folks, we have an answer from the Sales Manager of Wilesco, Mike Stimming.
Mike says:
"This limited edtition label was used for the first hundred engines and is no longer stick on the engine You don’t have to be worried about this sticker. It is not available any more. "
And when asked about the plate on the side of the base of the unit, he answered:
"Your engine will have that plate with a number on it to show that is one of the limited edition."
So now we know :-)

Good question Bruce, I would assume it would be put on at the factory.

Evenin' all,
I have purchased a new Wilesco D32 from a retailer in Australia, and after some delay the package is in NZ at UPS awaiting customs clearance. Hopefully my new prize will arrive to me any day.
I have seen stickers on all the "Limited Edition" versions of this model and every one of them shows a sticker on the plate between the control unit and the twin flywheels. Here is a photo found online with the label highlighted by me in red:

And here is the dealer's photo of "mine" in the box before it left their warehouse, and as can be seen, there is no such sticker:
Am I missing a sticker or does it perhaps arrive in the lovely wooden box with kit and the manuals and other paperwork and I get to do the sticking of the sticker?

Wilesco sales has been little help.
