Damn I'm just going to have to throw out all my engines and my car if I need to spend a few more dollars to fuel them. Only kidding, nothing I can do about it so there is no sense worrying about it.

We didn't throw it all away ... we had it stolen from us!

Yep, just think...we (USA) were energy independent just 2 yrs. ago...& we threw it all away. I hope we're at least saving a horny toad lizard or a spotted owl that didnt live near the oil fields anyway.

Grocery items have skyrocketed down here as well.

That sounds great Nick ..... but it doesn't do much to help me out here in Kaliphoney!!!

I get most of mine for free 😉
Our local garbage/recycle center has a small re-use building where they set chemicals out in that still have some life left… paints, bug sprays, a little bit of everything from when someone cleans out their garage. It goes fast but if you know when to go you can score pretty good ;D

Thank the current administration for encouraging a serious spike in the inflation rate. Putin too,
in regards to oil. The answer is not in the wind.
Thankfully, the price of grain alcohol has held steady and is readily available. Most of my engines
are on the smaller size, so 'gas' is not usually needed. Also, I get a charge out of making alcohol
burners from household items and occasionally adding a little bit to my tonic soda w/lime.

Simply cannot believe the current prices for these common and once far cheaper fuels needed to fire some of our engines.
