Thanks guys. I was actually wanting to know the threads where the burner head screws onto the tube at the jet. I don’t need it now.

As far as I know they are 1"-20 TPI.

I think I know what your talking about John but haven't a clue, sorry.
I did find this...
1 lb propane tank:
The thread size of a 1 lb propane tank is 1/4”MPT. This is a universal size for all 1 lb propane tanks. This fits all kinds of bottles, hoses, and regulators. Therefore, this is an ideal thread size for a 1 lb propane tank.

Does anyone know offhand what the thread is on a propane torch where the head screws on to the tube? My MSM boiler came today and I want to make a different burner. Those ceramic ones that go over the end of the fire tube make too much carbon monoxide.
