I would use PTFE packing, and tighten till the leak stops.

Hi all,Im building an Aster 9F loco and I pressure tested it today and I have two leaks coming from around the regulator and blower tubes (pictured)
How are these sealed? Ive gone through the instruction sheets again and its says they are just pushed in?
Any help appreciated?
