Thanks for the pictures and sharing the story.

Amazing, the treasures that still remain hidden even today!
-
Imagine having to dust all that!!!!
From the looks of it, that's not an issue.

Below is a video of what I walked into to find this collection. I was at a showgrounds looking for someone but got a little distracted 😆 he had put up the shed a few years ago but is just now in the process of moving his collection in to display at a show. When I walked in there was another engine laying on top of the 50, I asked him to take it off 😆 The 50 came from his father, but he has never seen a boiler with it. I have talked with him a little more and hope he will give it a gentle clean and take care of what’s left as it is not for sale, but at least will be available for the public to see.
Those are keys screwed to the ceiling!

That's a truly nice pile of hardware to run into. Did you get back there to talk to him some more?

Nice find! Keep looking... the rest of it has to be around there somewhere. :)

WHOA .... an old Jensen 50 engine, pump, governor and base with the Jensen 15 genny, but what are the twin engines where the boiler is supposed to be???
That looks to be a true WONDERLAND of amazing (and amazingly grungy) machinery of the types we can mostly only dream about!?!?
-
Well....I see part of a Jensen #50 in there, were you able to capture it .
