Thanks for the encouraging words.  Now I need to work on the
sightglass replacement.  Maybe from a destitute Elektro - that
would be ironic.

  I just recently made another attempt at a new heater for my Empire Play Boy engine.
This second attempt was the charm. The description of the fix is in the you tube
text.  Check it out, it runs well, sightglass fittings next.  Someday.
