That was part of a pre-WW1 Bing steam plant, probably model 8048 or "Cardinal" from ca. 1906 (according to the Schiffmann books). Of course it would have also had boiler, etc. on a tinplate-clad (lithographed) wooden base. Someone has added the emblem on the cylinder.
