Hi,

Last weekend a Bassett Lowke Enterprise was run on the CMES garden railway, its owner had the original receipt for its purchase in 1952 for 9 Guinea’s (£9-9s-0d or today £9.45) an extra £1 had been charged for fitting a regulator, which looks very like a Stuart Turner cylinder drain cock.
