Nice one Mike.
A very early piece.
The breadth of your collection is stunning.
Thank you for participating in GPU 2024.

My last post for the event; I hope that you enjoyed my table. I wish you all good health; and keep on posting.
This is a Stuart Turner factory built steam operated pump; since they were at their original location “Henley on Thames”

What astonishingly interesting linkages these engines exhibit!
-
A couple of unique Banjo crank pumps; one steam driven & the twin is belt driven.
The Scotch crank pump can be operated either by steam, belt, or even hand cranking.

Very interesting, I love gears & these are loaded with them.

Very nice, Mike. That is a unique scotch yoke twin cylinder marine engine. Is it by chance a Model Dockyard piece?
Hi Gil, no Dockyard; these are confirmed Whitney of London. See catalog scan below & read description for double screws meant for Destroyer steam launch:

Commercial production, complete or as kits, but I've never seen ones quite like those!
NICE!!!
-
We're they built from scratch or castings?
-
Very nice Mike.

Left to right: Bassett Lowke, Whitney of London, and another twin cylinder Whitney. Love the gears, and Scotch crank on the Whitneys.
