In case you are interested, the electromagnetic engine driving the model is  a Junior Model E Wilkemp Electric Engine of Fishers, Indiana, USA.  It operates on 110 volts.  It was advertised in the December 1947 issue of Popular Mechanics for $6.95.  Great for running accessories using a Votage Regulator to control its speed.

I was going to say you stole it because I thought it was the recent Bertoia one, which I mentioned above, kicking myself for not bidding, but I have just now realized it’s a different one and that one was missing the rider

A new Steam Toy recently added to my collection.

Hans Eberl founded this company in Nürnberg, Germany.  The company existed from 1902 until 1929.  This is the only steam toy that they ever made.
