Thanks Charlie. Did you ever hold any of those Mamod vehicles? They're heavy for such
a small engine. They're definitely not going get away on you.
I have never owned any of the Mamod Vehicles.
I do have a Mamod Roller and a Mamod Traction Engine.

Hey Charlie. Yeah they're all unfired and in their box with the funnels and burners.
Only the roadster was totally complete.
Very cool Tommy!

Tommy:
What a great find and your Red, White and Blue trio makes a wonderful display.
Are all three unfired?

Wow! That is very nice. Complete with box, hanging tag, steering rod, and burner. Excellent condition and unfired. You did good.
I’m happy to learn that yours takes a solid fuel burner. My 6-spoke came without a burner. I read the year one cars used a hard to find methanol burner, so I’ve been looking for one. The bottom burner area on my roadster looks exactly like yours, so I now think it takes a solid fuel burner. Those are available.
Yeah it came with everything, a couple of pamphlets, a funnel, and a full box of Mamod fuel tab's.
I have seen some first year models with the meth burner that were used so I'm thinking this one is
from right after the switch.

Darn it Daniel, you're on to me. That was my passing gear.
I figured!!! ;c)

Drag race ...... sure!
Just don't get caught lashing any CO2 cartridges under the rear bumper!!!

They say 1976 was the first year for the Mamod Roadster(also the year I graduated, I could've had
a brand new car), and it came with a meth burner. This has an unused solid fuel burner and a note
about solids and where to get more. Must have been right when they were switching, maybe later in
the model year. It looks good with the other two I picked up a while back. Red, White, and Blue.

If enough of us get one, we can have drag races.(https://emoji.tapatalk-cdn.com/emoji217.png)(https://emoji.tapatalk-cdn.com/emoji222.png)(https://emoji.tapatalk-cdn.com/emoji218.png)
