Amazing good fortune on that tragic accident.

Thank goodness all are just fine, though they'll be shaken for a while to come, no doubt!

Not something you just walk away from and forget!!!

My daughter-in-law was taking my 14 year old grandson to school early for jazz band practice this morning. With about a mile to go she saw a tree limb hit the windshield and then the van stopped dead in it's tracks from 25 mph. Turned out the whole tree hit further back but one limb missed my grandson's head by about six inches. Needless to say thanks to God for keeping them safe and they were both standing outside the van and okay when I got there. The van is obviously totaled but we were still able to drive it home to avoid impound fees from a probable drawn out discussion of who pays, the insurance, the city, or the homeowners. By the way the homeowners were the only people who did not see if anyone was hurt, they just stood back on their drive and watched.
