Looks good Travis.
And no leaks.
Nice work on the gland packing.
I bought this engine thinking it had no issues but I was very wrong. But it’s been fun fixing on it. I almost have it perfect. Originally the steam chest cover was leaking terribly. I made a DIY gasket for that. Gland packing was worn out. Alignment out of the box for the crankshaft and the piston rod wasn’t correct or true. It also was knocking and the timing was out of whack. Since fixed all of that aside from adding the governor and whistle and PM piping.
Last step and it’s complete is to fix the water leak on the PM union nut under the governor.

TxLabMan let me borrow several accessories. Still cycling through them. I attached the corn accessory as well as show an update to the gland packing.
