I've long been planning to do likewise, have been using an unsacrificed combo in the interim, but thinking about this from seeing Gil's wrench atop his tool post, I decided to bite the bullet and get a ratcheting wrench so that I'll get more swing without having to lift and replace repeatedly.
Went for one of these, rather than breaking up my current set of wrenches:

Hope it proves to work as intended!
Cost is about the same as buying a single combo wrench down at the local hardware store.
