Title: “Steampunk” themed hybrid plant!

Made a new video, showing my “steampunk” style steam plant I designed a few months back.  This time featuring a lineshaft borrowed by Charlie, as seen in previous videos.  This governor really puts out nice moderation to a load on the lineshaft, as demonstrated.
