Nate, my brother was able to remove the #69's wheel off and transplanted it to Hoisting Drum. If anyone needs #69 with out its wheel, let me know.

My brother picked up the hoist, here are some photos. It also has a problem with one of its rivets, so I got to figure that out too. That lot steam bits he picked up came with a No. 2 Shaft and No. 69 Stamp Mill too. The #2 Shaft's outer wheels are the right size but the shaft is a bit bigger (hole in wheel bigger) but it could be a option with a bushing inserted/drilled.
So I'll have two #69's and a #2 shaft to try and get one wheels to transplant to the hoist. OR someone has a wheel to donate for a trade.

My brother found a Weeden Hoist in Texarkana, Tx that was only available with the Weeden "Big Giant" Youth's Companion subscribers (see photo of ad from magazine). The main problem with it is the pulley is broken off, the rest of it is pretty rough but its there (see photo). Charlie has one and checked for me that wheel is the same from other Weeden accessories that have the larger pulley, like on a No. 69 Stamp Mill (see photo of his).
I bought off eBay 3 accessories: No. 69 Stamp Mill and two No. 68 Emery Wheel's (see photo). Though one of the 68's has a odd black wheel and not a sand wheel, either way I didn't have the 68 and I already have a 69 Stamp Mill.
My "plan" is to sacrifice that extra No. 69 Stamp Mill's pulley and install it on the Hoisting Drum. I really hate to do that, so if someone has a Weeden accessory that is damaged but has a good wheel, I'd be happy to trade. I believe there are a number of accessories with this wheel, perhaps one of the line shafts?
