HiBret,Yes they are out of it so far the screw I made for the Crank disc is holding up but I believe the threads will ruin the brass spacer,I am trying to deal directly with Wilesco in Germany just waiting to hear back from then,Thank you again Bret for Trying to locate or fab this screw.

Looked at a Wilesco steam roller with the same crank spacer/screw combination. It appears that your shoulder screw doesn't have enough length to work. These should "bottom out" on the crank disc with the spacer before clamping down on the connecting rod. I don't know if Wilesco has spare hardware down to that level.
