Fastest engine procurement ever...exactly 24 hours ago, I sent a message to Bruce saying I wanted his Jensen 55G listed for sale. It is now sitting beside me and has been for about 3 hours now. Bruce delivered it personally earlier this evening. Engine is everything he said it was...made well to start with and further perfected by Bruce's usual attention to detail.good to see you again also Roger, nice to catch up on a few things, please enjoy the new engine & may she purrrr like a Jensen should, all of her days.

Yes Nick, the plan is for me to stop by Rogers house after work tonight & deliver the #55G personally.

A beautiful "all cast iron" Jensen #55G resting on hardwood plinth 14" x 13" (4 layers of polyurethane ) features a SPS pressure gauge, Teflon porthole window gaskets, I have tuned the engine, replaced the 3" axle with a 4" axle & installed (2) 2 tiered pulleys on either side of the generator, it runs/performs very well (the Jensen museum has one identical to this generator), I have not had a finer #55G come through my shop, I can assure you it runs much better than a brand New Jensen #55G. it weighs 11 lbs 12 oz's
