Hi Larry, There is no video upload feature in our forum.

Must upload to YouTube or similar.

YouTube is by far the easiest method and they can "unbox" just about any kind of video file.

Typical for video to be uploaded to youtube then have link to vid in post. At least that it what has worked for me.

I tried to post a 59.3 mb .MOV from my Apple iPhone yesterday and couldn't get it to "post".  I don't see that file format listed but checked earlier videos and thought they were .mov which posted okay. Or is the combination of my short introduction and the movie more than the 612000 kb limit?  Any help would be appreciated.
