Very Nice! Would like to see it run. I'm working on a Stuart Beam Engine with an unknown vertical boiler.
Boiler isn’t the right size, so we’re debating on what to do.

Weeks of waiting in the mail for parts, fixing on the engine, getting the piston sealed and smooth, finding binding, 50+ hours of labor, and thinking, it’s finally come together.
Unfortunately the HB4 boiler doesn’t keep up in steam too well, unless I run it super slow on an idle. We may swap the boiler out with an HB6, in the future; but I can say this is complete.
It’s leak free and functions as it stems. The oil catch exhaust vents to the water cup and keeps the cup warm, while blowdown functions well too.
Everything is leak free and when full steam it has tons of power.
I hope you enjoyed the journey as much as I did.
