Just connected like any other gas burner, the only difference being there is not a gas jet as such, just a tiny hole in the plugged copper pipe which does the same job.  Adjustment of the gas/air mix is the same as all gas burners and you should aim for a blue flame, yellow means too much gas and an inefficient burn

Hello Dave

Do just hook it up to the gas tank with or without any air induction port in the gas line. Also is your flame yellow or blue at the burner.

I have one similar, bought some years ago from the maker somewhere in Eastern Europe.  Inexpensive and a bit crudely made but it works pretty well

This came in a used purchase. I noticed it looks different than the one offered on mini-steam web site.
