Hello Gil, Nice to hear from you. Hope all is well. I will stop by and see you and your beautiful collection. I have purchased from Ministeam/Doug for many years, but for the last couple of years, his prices are a bit high. I even purchased across the pond and, even after shipping, received a better price. I never heard of Station 500 but will check it out. Safe travels. See you at the show.

Hi Rob, I will be seeing you at Cabin Fever and I look forward to that.
Unfortunately I am not the right person to fix your boiler. 

If it were me I would get a new boiler. 
Ministeam has them as does Matthias Brenner (station500 on eBay)

If you are set on a repair you should show it to Bruce (St Paul Steam) 
He will be at Cabin Fever somewhere near me. He may be able to help.

Unfortunately, my Wilesco 409 Boiler end cap undid itself, and this engine ran perfectly till now. Could this be repaired? If it could, I will be attending the Cabin Fever 2026 Show, and hopefully, someone here in the USA could offer some assistance and do a repair for a reasonable price.The engine is riveted together, so it would not be an easy task for me.If someone with experience is interested in making some $$ please let me know Video below.
