I've got a couple of keyless chucks which are good enough for me, but even then, I really don't mind using a regular key chuck, and have a number of good ones to choose from!

Apparently the design is very good at securely holding the bits from slipping in the chuck, don't think I would want or even have the need to change bits on the run. Even used ones go for big money so probably out of reach for most of us hobbyists.

You would have to remember to keep your fingers away from the flutes on the drill (going by what I could see in the vid).
