I haven't seen a green one but that doesn't mean it isn't legit.  As for "Empire Transformer Company", that is legit - you can see that information here (https://toyenginecollector.com/toys/article/from-elektro-to-empire).

I'm looking at a B-30 (solid flywheel version)
the engine of which is painted green.  The tag says
'Empire Transformer Company' and the base is black.

Legit or not?
