The Southern loco is made from Little Engines castings, no, I did not build it. It is set up for coal, but I will likely never run it as once you do, the loco is clobbered up with steam oil, coal smoke, etc which stains everything. They are only new once. It is 1" scale, 4-3/4" gauge, a near perfect replica of the locomotive in the Smithsonian.
I have a sister loco to this, coal fired, which I do run on a regular basis at the St. Croix RR, Hudson, Wi.
