Title: Re: Okmo B02 Loss of Timing
Post by: Raphael on September 09, 2026, 02:09:04 am
Bonjour,

Just a suggestion, for all these engines, the spark should fire when the piston is at top dead center.

Perhaps just a few degrees before or after would be useful, sorry, I can't confirm this assertion.

I hope this helps your friend.

Title: Okmo B02 Loss of Timing
Post by: Hassellbear on September 08, 2026, 02:46:01 pm
A friend just received a new Okmo B02. Unfortunately, the crankshaft timing gear slipped to the side in shipping and disengaged from the crankshaft timing gear, so the timing is now off. My friend says he can't find any timing marks on the gears.

Does anyone have any suggestions on setting the timing gears?
