 The Southern Indian Antique Machinery club show is the weekend of June 8th and I am going to see my first show. Gas engine tractors, stationery engines, steamers, lawn tractors and machinery are featured.
 The Economy and Hercules hit and miss engines were made in Evansville and are being celebrated on the 105th anniversary of production beginning.
I am hoping to buy my first 1.5 hp Econ or Herc to play with maybe turning an ice cream mixer. These small engines are really becoming hot items to people like me that want to dabble in old iron.

The biggest upshot for me is the fact that extremely fine restorations can be had for less money than a lot of our nice models cost!
Wish me luck in bringing home a top line beauty to clack in the steam shop.
