Title: Jensen generator windings
Post by: Randy Tucker on September 04, 2019, 04:06:49 pm
Has anyone rewound the armature of a Jensen generator? I have one that the windings are mest up on and needs to be rewound. What I need to know is how many windings go on each side of armature and approximately how much wire does it take? Thanks

Randy, I have seen Dorita at Jensen actually winding generators in a video.  I bet she would be happy to tell you the exact wire they use and how many turns for each side.

I was thinking there was a video of her winding armature and she told the number of windings. Can't seem to be able to find it now.
