Anyone know why the Old Models Company UK has vanished from the interwebs? They were saying that their models were made and shipped from the UK , and that they were recently suspending operations due to the pandemic (i.e.- Chinese Wuhan Coronavirus Covid-19 SARS-CoV-2).
Their website is no longer accessible to me in the USA. Did they get DDOS , or simply go out of business , or voluntarily suspending, or ?

No idea.
But it's a nice motor.

I've always admired these since they are something a bit different and regret not getting one years ago. As a nice plus they are made here too. :-)
Hopefully it is just a temporary glitch with the website.

Sadly, its been over a month and their website has vanished for me.
Some scant design copies of their adverts remain, but the main website has cloudfare vanished. They must have been in Chichester , England at least until Feb , 2020.

I hope they return some day as I was really liking their solenoid engine models, especially since their 2020 prices were On Sale and the deep discounts were attractive.
[There appears to be another small UK maker of solenoid motor kits, a shade more modern in design, but the prices look interesting HERE —-> https://extkits.co.uk/. ]

It is a shame if they have indeed folded as the offered some very unique engines, i'm pretty certain they were active and trading in 2019.

Wish I knew of them a while back.

That is a shame they made some great looking models. :(
