I have been promising myself to find the time to start and finish restoring this untidy but complete Bowman M122 , i have had the engine for 4 years and have never tried to run it.
The first video is of the first attempt to run the engine on air, not a success which was not unexpected the 2nd video is of the finished engine after 20 or so hours of work.
Here are a few pictures of the journey from wreck to finished engine....Steve

I couldn't resist buying the engine as it was complete, it has been sitting on my shelf for 4 years so it was about time for it to receive the treatment....Steve

Im glad you like the finished engine Carl it makes all the work worthwhile, i get great satisfaction returning these engines back to something near to how they looked when new....Steve
