As per title.
I would like to get hold of 1 or 2 of these and possibly the matching water tank if available.

I don't think many folks are going to part with their Demon Industries Chuff Pot(s) or Water Tanks.
I know I would never sell or trade mine.

Ditto what Charlie just said ..... but on the other hand, you shouldn't be limiting yourself only looking for those that have already been nickel plated as those were rather limited in number to begin with. Take a brass one if you can get it, then you only need to send it out for plating yourself.

I would take any Demon Chuff Pot I could find... I only bought the large one and water tank (Deluxe model?) and really wish I had gotten a smaller one...

I think you would be hard pressed to find any demon chuff pot/water tower on the secondary market Gil.
I'd never part with mine and like others, my regret is i didn't get one of his larger chuff pots or a water tower. :(

There was one lady in a Facebook group selling a large collection including a Marklin carousel and 16051. She had a smaller Demon chuff pot but don’t know if it sold and I can’t find any of her posts now...

I miss him, too!
He was a very genuine person and he added a special dimension to our hobby (along with some very nice accessories).
As you all can imagine, I was painfully aware of the odds against finding these two large pieces. I believe the big ones were specifically designed and built for the Jensen 50 and I believe they were all nickel plated. I have 2 different small examples and like everyone else, I will keep them. They are not plated and will remain unplated. I do recall a set changing hands a long time ago. and I know of one that changed hands with the #50 that IndianaRog restored when Saint Paul Steam passed it on to a fellow collector here in Connecticut. Needless to say that one is also not available.
All said, it is worth asking..... ya never know!

Geoff gave me the option of plating as it added quite a bit to the final cost, but when you’re already spending that much on such nice pieces, I can’t see why you would skip the plating...

That chuff pot in the video was commissioned by me through Geoff , I built a mock up scale model (Geoff asked me to do that) and we exchange many pm's back & forth over several months time with some adjustments made over that time , Geoff told me it was the largest chuff pot he made at the time (I think it still is) Geoff asked me if I wanted a chuff enhancer (he & Glenn ...XL chainsaw were experimenting with them at the time) I told Geoff I'd pass ,as it added $75.00 to the price & I had no experience with such a thing , well Geoff included one anyway (for free) and after receiving the completed chuff pot set-up & putting it to work I realized rather quickly that it was more than just a nice accessory but well tuned to the specific needs of the Jensen #50 it was made for. As I recall Geoff wanted the bore & stroke info on the #50. A couple months before he passed Geoff gave me the specifics to the chuff enhancer Glenn & he came up with (he gave most of the credit for the chuff enhancer to Glenn) & gave me permission (& encouraged) me to build the chuff pots , the pm's are on the mamod forum site , obviously I have not done so , but right up until his dying days he was helpful & a real "mate" I am starting to get emotional now & must finish this message.
Ps, to put a little smile on your face, Geoff used to ask me at least every other month were the video was of the comparison test I did with the chuff enhancer in & then removed as a sales tool for potential customers for his chuff enhancer. (It was kinda hard to find on YouTube)

Thank you for sharing that Bruce, I went back through my emails from Geoff... I ordered the same set that Jack had in one of his videos, which included what Geoff called the “Rolls Royce” models. They were a 4” feed water tower in nickel and a 3” chuff pot. He did offer me a 4” chuff pot for $120 AUD more, but I thought the size of the 3” looked and sounded great with the 50... Did anyone end up with a 4” chuff pot?

Update......
My patience has prevailed.
I was able to acquire a very nice OZ Steam Demon nickel plated 3" diameter chuff pot from my good friend, IndianaRog.
Now to find the water tower!
